CEO / Chief Executive Officer

Carl Christian Gunnestad

Carl Christian is the driving force behind White Tail Flight Training. With a strong background in aviation and operational management, he combines commercial acumen with practical insight in flight operations. As managing director, he leads strategic direction, partnerships, regulatory progress and execution of the phased growth model

Chief Development / Head of Training

Knut Einar Næss

Knut Einar is an active pilot flying the Boeing 747, with extensive experience spanning all sectors of the flight school industry. His expertise is highly respected, reflecting a deep commitment to flight operations and training.

Chief Flight Instructor / Head of Office

Lars Vikor

Lars Victor is a highly experienced flight instructor and examiner, responsible for operational quality, instructor standardisation and daily management of the training programme. He is a structured and dedicated pilot, qualified flight instructor and examiner across all phases of training.

Head of Maintenance / Airworthiness Manager

Runar Vassbotten

Runar Vassbotten is Technical Manager at Flyteknisk Notodden with broad experience in maintenance and monitoring of modern training aircraft. He ensures high aircraft availability, regulatory compliance and a robust technical platform for the fleet.

Strategy & Business Development

Thomas Nesheim

Thomas is an experienced pilot and ATPL Captain who brings strategic vision, structural thinking and long-term business planning expertise. He focuses on business modelling, financial projections, investor dialogue and scalable growth architecture.

Ole Christian Gatti

Ole is currently a captain on the G650 and contributes operational experience and practical insight in aviation. He supports fleet strategy, aircraft utilisation and operational efficiency.
